Agents see the whole email thread with a lead, what they already did and any booked meetings. A short reply such as "1", "11am" or "yes" is read against the last email, and a confirmed time is booked on the calendar.

Will the AI send emails without me?
Only if you choose autopilot for that agent. With "ask first", every email and change waits in the approval queue.
Does the AI make up prices or offers?
No. It is told to use only facts from your business profile and the lead's data, and to leave a placeholder when something is unknown.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. AI runs on TracelyCRM's platform key; there is nothing to set up.
