01What your AI can do
The same tools the built-in assistant uses:
- Search leads and open a lead with its timeline, notes and form answers.
- Get stats, the pipeline, campaign ROI, the team and the calendar.
- Change stages, update and assign leads, add notes and tasks.
- Schedule or cancel meetings, send emails and WhatsApp messages, create leads and templates.
- Find prospects and check whether an email address is real.
02Works with the tools you use
Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code, or any client that speaks MCP over streamable HTTP. Add TracelyCRM as a connector with its URL and sign in when asked.
03Secure by design
Sign in with OAuth 2.1 (PKCE), or create a personal API key that is read-only or read & write. Keys and connected apps are listed in the dashboard and can be disconnected in one click. Calls run with your own role and permissions, and are limited to 120 a minute per token.
04A REST API too
Everything is also available as a REST API with the same keys: leads, stages, notes, tasks, calendar, templates and more, documented in the dashboard.
05How it works
- 1Open API & MCP
Copy the MCP URL from the dashboard.
- 2Add a connector
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code.
- 3Sign in
Approve the connection, read-only or read & write.
- 4Ask
"Who is waiting for a call?" or "Book a call with Emma tomorrow at 4pm".
06Questions
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT use tools from other software. TracelyCRM exposes your CRM as MCP tools.
Can the AI change my data?
Only with read & write access. A read-only key or connection can look things up but not change anything.
Does a sales rep see more through MCP?
No. MCP calls run with the person's own role and permissions, exactly like the dashboard.
Which plan includes MCP and the API?
API & MCP access is included in the Scale plan, and in every free trial.
