01Four ways to collect leads
Use one or all of them with the same snippet:
- Inline form wherever you put the placeholder element.
- Pop-up button that opens the form on any page.
- A shareable hosted form link for bios, emails and QR codes.
- Capture existing forms: submissions from the forms already on your site are sent to TracelyCRM too. Password and login forms are never touched.
02Works with the site you already have
Step-by-step setup for WordPress (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor, Gravity Forms), Webflow, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Framer and any HTML site.
03Know which campaign brought each lead
The first visit's UTM parameters and Google and Meta click IDs (gclid, fbclid) are recorded with the lead, so reports show which campaign really works.
04Spam stays out
A hidden honeypot field, a minimum time to fill the form, an optional list of allowed domains and rate limits per source and sender keep bots out of your pipeline.
05Every answer, mapped
Name, phone and email are recognised from common field names; every other answer is kept on the lead. Odd field names can be mapped on the source page, with a sample tester that shows the result before you save.
06How it works
- 1Create a website source
Pick your site builder and, optionally, lock it to your domain.
- 2Paste the snippet
One script tag before the closing body tag, or in your builder's custom code setting.
- 3Choose how to collect
Inline form, pop-up, hosted link, or capture existing forms.
- 4Watch leads arrive
Every submission shows in the delivery log and lands as a lead.
07Questions
Do I have to replace my current forms?
No. With form capture turned on, the snippet sends submissions from your existing forms to TracelyCRM while they keep working as before.
Will it slow down my site?
The script loads asynchronously, so it never blocks your page from rendering.
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes. Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor and Gravity Forms submissions are captured automatically once the snippet is in your footer.
How do you stop spam?
A honeypot field, a minimum fill time, optional allowed domains and per-sender rate limits filter out bots.
