01Roles that match a sales team
The owner runs the workspace, managers see and manage everything, and reps see the leads assigned to them across every page, export and the AI assistant.
02Permissions, ticked per rep
When you invite a rep, or later on the Team page, tick what else they may do:
- See all leads, not only their own.
- Assign leads to any teammate.
- Delete leads.
- Import and export leads as CSV.
- Manage Meta, the Conversions API and lead sources.
- See Campaign ROI.
03Enforced everywhere
Permissions are checked by the server on every request, not just hidden in the interface, including the API, MCP and the AI assistant.
04See who replies fastest
The leaderboard ranks your team by leads handled, average first response, share answered within target, qualified and won.
05How it works
- 1Invite a teammate
As a manager or a sales rep.
- 2Tick permissions
Only for reps; managers have them all.
- 3Add them to the rotation
Choose who receives new leads.
- 4Coach with data
Use the leaderboard and response times.
06Questions
Can I change permissions later?
Yes. Open the Team page and edit any rep's permissions; they apply from their next page load.
Do permissions apply to the API and MCP?
Yes. Every request is checked on the server with the person's role and permissions.
How do invites work?
You get an invite link to share, and it is emailed automatically if your mail server is connected. Links expire after 7 days.
